Thank you Alison and all at Optika for your friendly, helpful and professional manner. The choice of frames I had was fantastic and my husband says it's like having new eyes after getting his new lenses. I always regarded going to the optician a bit of a chore, but going to optika is something to look forward to, theres always a friendly face to help.

Having used the same optician 10 years my son was a little concerned about using a new optician. But Alison and her staff were warm, friendly and reassuring - so much so that the rest of the family are now queuing up. I would thoroughly recommend Optika to anyone needing advice or new glasses

I went to Optika earlier this year after using the same large company for years. I was delighted with the eye exam, the results of which were explained in plain English. I felt reassured that every aspect of my eye care had been addressed. I now find myself wearing a top notch pair of glasses which are perfectly formed for me.
