FANTASTIC Ladies, My glasses had broken and a young lady offered two solutions but I went for new frames with the same glass. Wow they look fab and more lightweight than my last ones. Not going to vision express again.

Optika are the best opticians I have visited. I have had many sight tests with them and had both good quality glasses and contact lenses supplied by them. Appointments are easy to make, all the staff are lovely and easy to talk too and James and Alison both give a friendly and very conscientious eye exam

I've just got a lovely pair of Joules glasses which have been much admired and I am very pleased with.
We've been customers since Alison and James started the practice and highly recommend them to our family and friends, very professional yet friendly service from all the team at Optika - thank you all.

I went into Optika Opticians today for the first time for an eye test by James,
the service i received was excellent , the girls on the reception were friendly
and welcoming, and James was also friendly welcoming and professional, I was happy with the eye test James listened to my concerns and the test was thorough and professional i never felt rushed at all, I will be returning with my Daughter for her eye test soon and i will be back to!

My husband and I have been to Optika now for a number of years and are very pleased with the service. James and the whole team are friendly and very helpful! I took our daughter for her first eye sight test recently and James made her very welcome and at ease. We all care about our health especially that of our children but I fear this aspect often gets forgotten. With a few simple exercises for our daughter to complete I can be confident that her eyesight is well looked after. There is no cost for children's eyesight tests so there's no reason not to get it checked out!!

I had tried Specsavers before and just felt like no one cares and just wanted me in and out and just about the money. But Optika was very different and wouldn't change now, even got my mum to change.

Had my eye test with James at Optika.
He is very knowledgeable and professional-explaining everything to me. The equipment is very up to date.
I took advantage of having the £20 scan on my eyes-which was well worth it, giving me an insight into my overall eye health.

I had my eye tested today very friendly & professional care . Very pleased with my visit great care was taken , felt very comfortable.

I have been seeing James, Alison and the team for nearly 17 years now! The service is always top notch. They really are the best of the best and would could not recommend them highly enough. Everyone is super friendly and walm welcoming as soon as you walk in and always get treated like part of the family.

I was due an eye test & wanted to use an independent opticians so chose Optika. No problem arranging an appointment, lady on the phone was very friendly & helpful. On the day it was a very pleasant experience, from being received, the eye test & choosing a frame, everything was explained really well & options were given regarding prices, standard of lenses and price differences, as well as the offers on the day. Also, the staff (at the moment) are all ladies, which somehow felt reassuring. Definitely would recommend them.

Great and professional service, very nice atmosphere and helpful staff. The appointment was arranged very quickly. James pleasantly surprised me by knowing quite a few Polish words. I will definitely come back for regular eye tests. The whole experience was 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend !

Highly recommend. Best optician in WSM. Friendly and very professional. Helped sort out emergency glasses and contact lenses. Boots were bound by systems that restricted them doing anything. That's when independents have the edge on the chains as the people in charge are able to work out how to deliver. Thank you.

We have just had our Annual check up after being with Optika for 3 years. As in previous years we, again, received exceptional treatment from Alison on the last two visits and James on our initial visit.and their team. Alison once again gave us her explanations throughout the test and the team greatly assisted us in our choice of frames and measurements etc.

Very detailed eye examination and friendly and helpful staff.

I am very glad to state that from the day of my appointment request , I was guided properly throughout, as I am new in this country I was not having enough information regarding the procedure of an eye test and related needs . I got a call back from the management stating the infection control needs related to COVID-19 and enquired the urgency , they were really thoughtful and understood the importance of the same as I am a health professional.
The team who tested my eyes and helped me to pick the specs were really friendly and never make me feel I am an outsider.
My sincere gratitude for all those beautiful smiling staffs who helped me throughout and wish u the luck to provide the best care. Be safe....

I was tested by James on Friday after a personal recommendation and have to say what a fantastic experience I had with this family run Opticians. James made me feel at ease, as I was a little nervous, I felt the eye test was really thorough and came out feeling very happy with the price I paid for my new glasses. I'll certainly be taking my children back as I feel they will feel as safe as I did having the eye test. Myself and my family will certainly be regulars at Optika from now on.

My old Opticians closed down so I had to find a new one, Optika was recommended to me by a friend I gave them a call explained my situation they understood and gave me an appointment in just over a week.
Had my eyes tested they put my new lenses in my own frames all within two weeks (brilliant under the current circumstances).Fantastic service and all the staff are great, Thank you Optika......Highly Recommend.

Really great welcome, I found the optician listened to me and explained everything thoroughly as we went through and felt very reassured that the product advised was the best solution for me. Excellent service provided throughout the process.

The girl that seved me was very good and made my glasses fit me as well as being very pleasent. When I said that my Sister worked thier a while ago anther women said yes I see her sometimes.

Staff on every level were friendly and helpful. Recently went through detached Retina eye surgery. Time to sort out the best for my eyesight going forward. Really happy with the overall service and quality of expertise.

Far and away the best experience I've had at an optician. I've worn glasses for years but I've never had such a thorough examination before. They explained every detail of my prescription to me and even sorted out my old broken pair for me! Way better than visiting a chain store!

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Information passed over was very interesting and put over in a way the was very easy to understand. Would highly recommend Optika.

After struggling for a few years with double vision and having no joy with two other opticians who would fob me off to hospital appointments, Optika took the time to actually listen to what was wrong and then solve it.
Even choosing the frames, which I always have a problem with, each staff member was eager to jump in, be honest and help me find the right pair.
I've come away with perfect vision for the first time in years and glasses that suit me.

Great personal service, attention to detail and wide selection of glasses to choose from.
Whilst on line providers claim to offer a bespoke service and a greatly reduced cost, the help, support and choice Optika provides, far outweighs any on line competitors

My wifes eye test with James, although disabled he was very professional, and didn't rush her. The staff were also helpful in choosing her new frames. All excellent and friendly.

The whole experience was extremely positive. Staff seemed very genuine in their attention which was repeated when I returned. The test was gentle yet thorough and informative. Highly recommended.
